Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can return it without giving any reason within the trial period of 14 days. If you have not received a response from your return within 14 days, please contact our customer service, stating your order number.

Return Policy

A return must meet the following conditions:

  • the return must include the original packing slip and the completed returns form,
  • all items must be clean and complete,
  • the items must neither be washed nor modified or damaged,
  • the items must correspond to their intended use i.e., they are in the same conditions as one would find them in a regular store,
  • the items must be packed in the undamaged original packaging.
  • The return shipping costs are at your own expense and depend on the shipping method of your choice.
  • Pack the items carefully because you are responsible for the return shipment. Unfortunately, we will not compensate for any damages caused by shipping,
  • the returned items must carry the original labels and tags.
  • We do not take back customized/personalized items.

Exchange

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange our goods directly. You can return an article by using the enclosed returns form. You can place a new order in our online store. This way, you can see immediately if the desired article(s) is/are on stock.

Refund

Upon receipt of the return, we will process the refund through our systems in due time.
